IACC Team

A committed Florida resident and IACC supporter since 1995, Shiva brings a unique blend of education and healthcare experience to her role. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Tehran University in 1991 and worked as a teacher in Iran. After moving to the U.S., she pursued a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology at the Adventist University of Health Sciences and later studied baking and culinary arts at Valencia College.

Currently, Shiva serves as the secretary for intensive care, acute respiratory care, intermediate critical care, and the Rapid Response team at Orlando Health. She holds deep respect for the Iranian community and culture, working alongside IACC committee members to address community needs and make the best use of available resources. Shiva’s goal is to support the Iranian-American community in Central Florida by creating and implementing plans that align with the community’s vision for unity and growth, and she values the support of all members in achieving these goals.
