Mehrnoosh Saeyan is a Ph.D. student in Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida, where she is expected to graduate in August 2027.

Her research focuses on quality management, customer satisfaction, and service improvement, with the goal of developing innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance and the customer experience.
