Scholarship

Mohammad Akyash is a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Florida, specializing in machine learning and secure hardware design. His research explores how artificial intelligence can be applied to improve computer chip design and strengthen hardware security. He is expected to graduate in Fall 2027.

Beyond academics, Mohammad is passionate about empowering the next generation of students in STEM. He actively mentors peers, organizes technical workshops, and helps students navigate both academic and career opportunities.

His goal is to create accessible pathways for younger students to pursue advanced studies in AI and engineering, while fostering a spirit of collaboration, service, and community among Iranian-American students.
